Cheadle showroom

After spending most of the weekend and my Monday tracing from store to store for bathroom products, I came across Clifton Trade Bathrooms almost by chance. As it was on my way to another store I popped my head through their doors at the Cheadle branch where the team were busy unpacking and getting the place ready to open to the public.
Instead of sending me on my way Mick very kindly went out of his way to see what he could do for me. His two colleagues were equally as nice and I even got offered a cuppa (twice). It was such a change from the other places I'd gone to, where staff ignored your coming in or where you can't find anyone to help. Here the team were super helpful especially as their systems hadn't yet been set up, Mick went out of his way and rang around to see if the products I needed were in stock.
It is the humanistic approach we all want when were confused about what we are doing. Care towards your customers has a big impact and I'd recommend CTB to all. Thank you for to the team for their kindness and welcome to Cheadle!
