Aintree bathroom showroom

I went with my elderly father to buy a bathroom suite with flooring and wall panels. Everyone gave us a warm welcome. We were served by Carla, who immediately offered my dad a seat and went on to explain everything in as much or as little detail as we needed. Great customer service. Couldn't ask for better. No hard sell just good, experienced advice. Would definitely go there again. There was a good range, for all budgets. All good quality and comes with differing guarantees from, I think between 10 yrs and lifetime.

Outstanding After Sales Customer Care from Alex at Clifton Trade Bathrooms. I had a problem with my toilet that had been fitted ~18 months ago when I had a new bathroom suite purchased from Cliftons but installed by a builder. Unbeknownst to me, it had developed a hairline fracture and had been leaking for some time, and it was driving me mad with mouldy damp smells in the air. Contacted the builder again, who tried to find the root of the problem, it was not his workmanship, all the seals, pipes etc were watertight but it definitely was the toilet somewhere… Anyway to cut a long story short, I just wanted the toilet replacing .. end of ! Went back to Clifton’s and I was asking if I could purchase a replacement toilet that matched the photo I showed. Alex very kindly gave me a new one to replace it, no questions asked and free of charge, even loaded it into my car for me. Bonus ! I was truly delighted with the outcome and couldn’t thank him enough ! Would definitely recommend these guys, they are excellent and Thank You again ! Fiona Mc

I called in to Clifton’s Birkenhead on Monday 6/7/26. Hadn’t pre-booked an appointment, just went along to view there bathroom furniture as I’m having a wet room fitted shortly. The staff were incredible. All very pleasant and attentive, making sure we had something to drink in this heatwave. I can’t speak highly enough of this Company and in particular a lovely bloke called Jamie who took me through every step of purchasing my new Wet room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Nicole at Clifton Bathrooms in Birkenhead. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Nicole came out to our home in April to measure everything, offered great advice, and helped us choose the perfect bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process so easy. We even arrived late to our appointment on a Saturday, close to closing time, but Nicole and the team kindly stayed open for us so we didn't feel rushed at all. The level of customer service was outstanding and she really went above and beyond. Thank you, Nicole, for all your help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clifton Bathrooms to anyone looking for a new bathroom.
