Trade credit application

Before you start your application

To complete this application form, you'll need to have the following information at hand:

Proof of Identity

  1. A current UK photo driving licence.
  2. Passport from United Kingdom.
  3. Current EU/EEA passport, photo driving licence or identity card.
  4. All other signed passports.
  5. Benefits entitlement letter.
  6. HMRC Tax Notification.

Proof of Address

  1. A current UK photo driving licence.
  2. Benefits entitlement letter.
  3. HMRC Tax Notification.
  4. Local authority tax bill for the current year.
  5. Utility bill (such as gas, or landline phone bill) - Dated within the last six months.
  6. Bank, building society or UK credit union statement.
  7. UK, EU/EEA mortgage statement.
  8. Current UK provisional driver's licence.
  9. UK credit card statement.
  10. Tenancy agreement issued by a solicitor, housing association, local council, or reputable letting agency.

Sole Traders

  1. Details of your company
  2. Details of the company owner(s) or partners
  3. Full trading address and contact details
  4. Bank details
  5. 1 x Proof of Identity
  6. 1 x Proof of Address
  7. 1 x Proof of Address / 1 x Proof of Identity
  8. Unique reference number from your depot

Partnerships

  1. Details of your company
  2. Details of the company owner(s) or partners
  3. Full trading address and contact details
  4. Bank details
  5. 1 x Proof of Identity (for each partner)
  6. 1 x Proof of Address (for each partner)
  7. 1 x Proof of Address (for each partner) / 1 x Proof of Identity (for each partner)
  8. Unique reference number from your depot

Limited Company

  1. Details of your company (including company registration number)
  2. Full trading address and contact details
  3. Bank details
  4. Proof of trading title, such as letterhead
  5. Utility bill, in company name, (such as gas, or landline phone bill) - Dated within the last six months.
  6. 1 x Proof of Identity (for each director)
  7. 1 x Proof of Address (for each director)
  8. 1 x Proof of Address (for each director) / 1 x Proof of Identity (for each director)
  9. Unique reference number from your depot
