To complete this application form, you'll need to have the following information at hand:
- Details of your company (including company registration number if it's a limited company)
- Details of the company owner(s) or partners (if a sole trader or partnership)
- Full trading address and contact details
- Bank details
- Proof of trading title, such as letterhead (limited companies only)
- Photo identification, such as passport or driving licence
- Proof of address, such as bank statement or utility bill
- Unique reference number from your depot
